The Lipetsk SEZ hosted drone games as part of the measures to develop R&D activities and cooperation with educational institution of the Lipetsk Region. The Strategia Young Talent Center invited more than 40 kids to take part in the games.
The competition ran in 4 tours – Landing Point, Trim Trail, Drone Racing, and Project. Each of the kids was given two tries. According to the rules, each player was to steer their drone so as to complete an obstacle course within the shortest time possible.
The children enjoyed the drone competition very much. Some participants believe that drone racing can become one of the most thrilling sports as it requires excellent mental and physical coordination.
The teachers and students of the Strategia Young Talent Center thanked the Lipetsk Special Economic Zone Management Company for assistance in organizing the games. The hosts offered to organize such events on a regular basis.
At the end, the young guests were given a tour around the production sites with a chance to view both operating plants and those under construction. The management company’s employees told the kids about the industrial site development and career opportunities offered by the tenants.
