Joint-Stock Company “Special Economic zone of Industrial and Production type “Lipetsk” was established in accordance with the Federal Law “On Special Economic Zones in Russian Federation” dated on 22.07.2005. No 116-FZ, Decree of the Government of the Russian federation of December 21, 2005 No 782, Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 11, 2015 No 697. The SEZ is located at three sites – in the city of Lipetsk, as well in the Gryazinsky and Elets municipal districts of the Lipetsk region.
