Within the framework of the Council on improving the investment climate and promoting competition in the Lipetsk region the certificate of the status of a resident of the special economic zone "Lipetsk" was obtained by LLC "148.SH".
The task of the project is to build a robotic plant of the system elements for the construction of residential and public buildings. A new approach to production is based on the mass implementation of information technologies in the industry, large-scale automation of business processes. The main types of products of the new resident: wall panels, floor slabs/coverings, staircases, other related building parts.
The technology provides the construction projects of various functional purposes: residential apartment buildings, public buildings, hotels, hostels, apart-hotels, townhouses, campuses and dormitories.
The use of technology significantly cuts down labor costs, duration and cost of construction by reducing 1.5 - 2 times the consumption of metal and concrete, the elimination of processes of welding and capping joints.
The volume of declared investments in the project will be 1,98 billion rubles. It is planned to create 93 jobs.
