The project involves the construction of a plant for the refractory products on the territory of the special economic zone "Lipetsk". Today the demand for high-quality refractories for metallurgy shows growth.
The announced volume of investments will be about 3.7 billion rubles. It is planned to create more than 250 jobs.

The annual production volume of Henan Xibao Metallurgy Materials Group Co. Ltd. makes up to 500,000 tons. The products are used in more than 210 metallurgical plants, some are exported to Russia, Ukraine, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, India, Europe, the United States – more than 20 countries. The company has been awarded the ISO9001-2000 international quality certificate for its products.
At present the key partners of the SIBU INDUSTRIAL in Russia are Severstal, Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works, Chelyabinsk Iron and Steel Works, Novolipetsk Steel, and Vyksa Steel Works.
The project is should be realized in three stages: during the first stage – slag-forming mixtures production, within the second one – refractory production, the third one covers production of rollers for continuous casting machines and powdered wires.
Commissioning of the first stage is planned for first trimester of 2023.
