Elena Sushkova, deputy director of the Investment Development Agency of the Lipetsk region, took part in the National Industrial Forum.
This year it was devoted to the issues of import substitution and state support of projects of industrial companies in the conditions of new economic restrictions.
Several sessions and conferences were held within the framework of the forum, where the topics of creating conditions for the production of domestic high-tech and competitive products, as well as stimulating and maintaining demand for them by major consumers were raised.
"The main task of the forum working groups was to assess the existing measures and support tools for all segments of business. From small and medium enterprises to systemically important enterprises in the conditions of strict economic constraints. There was an urgent need to finalize as soon as possible the mechanisms of agreement on the protection and promotion of investments, to ensure the regulatory framework for their application at the regional level. Particular attention was paid to the transformation processes of implementing ESG standards in the current environment and support for import substitution. Business representatives outlined their specific proposals on these issues, which will be reported in the final minutes of the forum", said Elena Sushkova.
