Lipetsk summed up the results of the strategic management championship "Lipetsk Management Challenge" and "Lipetsk Management Challenge. Junior".
It was attended by high school and college students. Special tasks were prepared for the students, during which their teamwork, leadership qualities and entrepreneurial abilities were evaluated.
The basis of the competition was the development of an integrated model of companies representing small and medium-sized businesses. Participation in the championship allowed the teams to gain experience in managing and analyzing economic processes, receive recommendations and advice from experts. Projects of pupils as a part of jury was estimated by a Director of Lipetsk Investment Development Agency Alexander Bazaev.
"For those who decided to try themselves in business, in development of creative projects, it is very important to be able to analyze, find and promptly solve problems, to approach to different tasks non-standardly. It is pleasant that young people today are worried about such topics as the development of the IT industry, food pricing, precious metals. I hope they will be able to embody their projects not only on paper or in a notebook but also in reality," said Alexander Bazayev.
The championship winners were teams from Lipetsk School No. 61 and Lipetsk Institute of Cooperation.
