Specialists of the Investment Development Agency of the Lipetsk region continue a series of working visits to the region's municipalities to update local investment potential. Together with the Khlevensky district administration they discussed possibilities for granting some of municipal facilities and sites to investors.
Among those are: a sawmill building, a vegetable storehouse, water bodies for fish farming and tourism development and a number of land plots. All these assets will be put on the regional investment map, so that potential investors can explore them carefully.
The administration of the Khlevensky District also intends to update vacant lands, which are both in municipal and private ownership and may be of interest to businessmen.
"Every district has something to offer investors. In order that land plots, buildings do not stand idle without an owner, who can give them a second life, we discuss investment prospects with representatives of municipalities for further implementation of business projects", said Mikhail Putilin, Head of Regional Development of the Investment Development Agency of Lipetsk region.
