Specialists of the Investment Development Agency have created an investment map of the region – it was done within the framework of the regional Investment Standard 2.0 as a system of interaction with investors, which includes the support of projects, promotion of investment opportunities and potential of the local enterprises cooperation.
The map presents free land plots and facilities for business development with reference to the state support measures, so that an investor can choose the necessary site or premises in just a few steps, and then submit an application for feedback.
The investment map contains information about the site, its size, coordinates, cadastral number, land category, availability of engineering and transport infrastructure. Such data allows to select the premises.
"We did our best to make the map as convenient and understandable as possible. The Lipetsk region maintains high positions in the investment climate rating and for us it is important that the territory of the region remains comfortable for the implementation of business projects of any level. The investment map will be constantly updated with new assets, in accordance with the requests and feedback from our partners," said Alexander Bazaev, Director of the Investment Development Agency of the Lipetsk region.
