KEMIN Celebrates Its Factory’s Anniversary in Lipetsk SEZ

KEMIN, a global manufacturer of feed additives, is celebrating a birthday of its factory opened in the Lipetsk SEZ on 26 April 2017 and congratulates it on achieving target output of additives, feed safety and animal solutions and performance.
Kemin Industries Lipetsk is the company’s ninth manufacturing site in the world. With a capacity of 20,000 tons per annum, the factory has cutting-edge equipment to mix dry and liquid ingredients, a laboratory to conduct microbiological, chromatographic and other analyses, and its own warehouses.
On the factory’s birthday, Kemin announced its plans to release two new products on the Russian market – KEMZYME® MAP and LYSOFORTE EXTEND.
KEMZYME® MAP is a stabilized multi-enzyme formula developed to improve the digestibility of raw materials, increase the nutrient level, improve animal performance, and reduce the cost of production.
Andrey Raskatov, Russian and CIS Sales Manager at Kemin Animal Nutrition and Health, noted high efficiency of KEMZYME® MAP, stressing that, since many feed ingredients are not completely digested, the company designed KEMZYME® MAP which improves digestibility of these ingredients and enables feed producers to enhance their existing formulas.
LYSOFORTE EXTEND is a next-generation additive that optimizes lipid nutrition of livestock and poultry by faster water-fat emulsification, better fat hydrolysis and fuller absorption of all feed nutrients. LYSOFORTE EXTEND promotes growth in young stock and improves performance in mature animals and efficiency of feed use.
“To achieve high performance, it is necessary to maintain an optimal balance of all feed nutrients, including fats. For several decades, LYSOFORTE has been one of the best bioemulsifiers. However, Kemin never stops and keeps moving ahead. The results of numerous laboratory analyses and trials transformed into the next-generation product – LYSOFORTE EXTEND,” said Product Manager Matias Jansen.
The local factory and expanded product range create new opportunities for future growth and increase quality of services provided to Russian customers and partners of KEMIN.
