More than 100 citizens of the region had a chance to get acquainted personally with employers and find out about vacancies at the companies of the special economic zone "Lipetsk". On Tuesday, May 31, at the SEZ administrative center there was an open selection held jointly with the regional employment center.
The applicants were students of higher educational institutions and colleges as well as people from Lipetsk wishing to get a job at enterprises of SEZ. After receiving detailed information about vacancies in 20 professions, 80 people applied. All application forms will be considered in the near future, after which potential employees will be invited for an interview.
"I have a secondary technical education, before that I worked as a transport logistician. I want to find something similar. I live nearby, in the Matyrsky Microdistrict, and it would be very convenient for me to work at the SEZ. My relatives and neighbors work here. Everyone talks about stability and good wages," said Olga Kotova from Lipetsk.
"I hope to get a job in one of the SEZ companies. There is a lot to choose from. Such a format as open selection is very convenient. You can ask questions and get answers right away," shared Anton Vinogradov, a student from Lipetsk.
Open selection on the platform of SEZ "Lipetsk" will word on a constant basis, every quarter.
"We have developed a whole set of measures and activities that are aimed at providing the enterprises of the economic zone with qualified personnel potential. Undoubtedly, high salaries are important. But the level of organization of the working process is no less important. SEZ companies offer high-tech production, career growth, corporate culture. All this together gives each employee the opportunity to feel part of a cohesive team. And the fact that all the residents are gathered in one large area allows residents to choose the best conditions for themselves," said General Director of SEZ "Lipetsk" Roman Petrukhin.
