The Lipetsk SEZ Management Company provides Lipetsk SEZ tenants with services for preventive maintenance and repair of fire safety systems.
At present, maintenance and repair contracts are made with ten companies operating in the special economic zone. For two years that has passed since the contracts were made, no system failure or emergency occurred at any facility of the Lipetsk SEZ, while slight defects were remedied within the shortest time possible.
Monitoring and control systems are installed at tenants’ production facilities and transmit data to the control center on a 24/7 basis. These control systems provide online status information and immediately alert the maintenance workers or fire departments.
Executives of the tenants have repeatedly praised the professionalism, high skills and responsible attitude of the Management Company’s staff.
