General Director of the Special Economic Zone "Lipetsk" Roman Petrukhin made a presentation of the SEZ as a basic platform for import substitution at a meeting with the National Investment and Privatization Agency from Belarus. He spoke about the leadership of the Lipetsk region in foreign direct investment, quality of life, housing affordability, industrial development, agriculture, identifying the main aspects of the special economic zone.
Both sites of SEZ "Lipetsk" (Gryazi and Elets) have sufficient capacities in power substations, gas, heat, water supply and water disposal networks.
"We have a good experience in working with investors. Among our residents are large foreign and Russian companies with an outstanding history, excellent reputation and great potential. Each project receives personal support at every stage of implementation. The Lipetsk region has something to offer and something to be proud of. We are open to new partners and mutually beneficial offers", said Roman Petrukhin.
At the meeting, also attended by representatives of the delegation from the Republic of Belarus and the consulting company Quality partners, the participants discussed the issues of sanctions and retaliatory measures in relation to the unfriendly countries, reviewed the most interesting projects and industries for cooperation in Russia.
