The topic of the broadcast – the Company Day and operation of the Special Economic Zone
SEZ "Lipetsk” is traditionally in the top ratings, which evaluate the effectiveness of special economic zones. According to the estimates of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the company is in second place for 2021. However, our ambitious goals are, of course, to be the first.
We receive a lot of requests from colleagues, representing young economic zones, who periodically come to visit us, as they urge for sharing experience.
We constantly monitor the activities of 31 plants. Most of the resident companies feel confident. Besides, we are making some progress in attracting new investors.
Working in current situation, the companies do not give up and see opportunities for growth. We are studying possibilities of establishing cooperation with Russian enterprises, as well as businesses from China, Turkey and other countries.
The key competitive advantage of the Lipetsk SEZ is the team. We have a powerful, qualified team, and this is not just my opinion. What is the right way to evaluate the work of the employees? It is important to listen to feedback from residents, our key clients. The level of satisfaction of our partnerships is always high.
My task is to keep the team, to motivate them to high achievements, and I think that we will definitely cope with this.
