An intellectual Olympiad "Professionarium" (organized at the initiative of SEZ "Lipetsk") was held for students of the Lipetsk branch of RANEPA. Students of LSTU and technical colleges of the region have already taken part in them. This time the brainstorming was arranged for four teams, whose representatives study at the Faculty of State, Municipal Service and Management.
In the first part of the Olympiad the students were offered to answer 16 questions, connected with the activity and history of the special economic zone "Lipetsk". Students answered 70% of the questions from the organizers.
The second stage of the game was the task "Employees-Competitors". The teams had to make presentations based on an invented situation in which employees of one company argued on professional grounds. Participants were expected to provide a detailed analysis of the story and options for conflict resolution. Everyone coped with this task.
A jury consisting of representatives of SEZ resident companies, Bekaart Lipetsk, Doka Lipetsk and OBO Bettermann Production selected the winners according to their performance and number of points. The best were given memorable gifts and invited to a tour of the SEZ "Lipetsk" Gryazi site with a visit to operating enterprises.
"Today SEZ "Lipetsk" is represented by 58 residents from Russia and abroad. These are reputable companies with a history and great experience. One of the options to find good specialists is to train students of specialized faculties of higher and secondary educational institutions. The guys get acquainted with the residents, their projects, form skills of teamwork, get an opportunity to determine their future profession.
