A round table was organized at the SEZ "Lipetsk" with the participation of specialists from personnel services of resident companies, representatives of the regional administration, Department of education and science, employment center, higher and secondary educational institutions of the Lipetsk region. The meeting was dedicated to the issues of providing the SEZ enterprises with labor resources.
In April, the vacancies of a laboratory chemist, a technologist, a production worker, an IT-specialist, and an electrical engineer were available at some production facilities. In order to promptly close the vacancies the SEZ "Lipetsk" personnel service involved its resources, including the transfer of data to the employment service. Applicants for some vacancies appeared immediately.
At the end of May another event in SEZ "Lipetsk" will help to find contacts for potential employers with Lipetsk qualified specialists who are looking for work.
