The Lipetsk Special Economic Zone (SEZ) announced that Dmitry Dudarev was appointed its Acting General Director.
The appointment decision was taken by a majority of votes of the Lipetsk SEZ’s Board of Directors on 9 April 2019.
Previously, Dmitry Dudarev held a position of the Regional Manager of Investment and Project Financing Division at the Central Black Earth Branch of PAO Sberbank.
Biography
Dmitry Dudarev is 38 years old. He completed a management program at the Voronezh State Technical University and earned his bachelor’s and then master’s degree in 2001 and 2003 respectively. In 2003–2004, he studied business appraisal at the Russian Government Financial Academy. In 2007, he was awarded PhD in Economics. In 2012, he earned EMBA under the joint program of Kingston University London / RANEPA. In 2017, he was awarded MBA under the joint program of Insead and Sberbank’s Corporate University. Dmitry worked at the Central Black Earth Branch of PAO Sberbank since 2005, first as a loan inspector, and later in an executive positions with the Real Estate Financing, Investment and Project Financing, and Public Sector Sales Divisions. In April 2018, he was appointed Regional Manger and Deputy Director of the Investment and Project Financing Division.
Dmitry is married and has two children.
