The employees of the Lipetsk Special Economic Zone (Lipetsk SEZ) congratulated the war veterans and residents of the Matyrski community on the 74th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War and organized a tea party in the form of a military campsite.
Located next to the Lipetsk SEZ, the community is a home to the Great Patriotic War veterans, former prisoners of Nazi concentration camps, and home front workers.
On this memorable date, the veterans, community residents and Lipetsk SEZ employees gathered on the central local square to take part in a ceremonial meeting and the Immortal Regiment march, and honor the fallen war heroes.
The event was held in a warm atmosphere, with the veterans sharing their war experiences and singing war time songs, and school children reciting victory poems.
