On 26 June 2019, a delegation of China Energy Engineering Group headed by Guanghua Zhai visited the Lipetsk Special Economic Zone (Lipetsk SEZ), one of the most investment-friendly industrial sites of the region. The purpose of the visit was to study the possibility of establishing an energy company in the Lipetsk SEZ.
During the meeting, the guests were told about the rapid development of the Lipetsk Special Economic Zone. Lipetsk SEZ General Director Dmitry Dudarev briefed the investors on tenancy terms and conditions, tax reliefs and customs privileges. The visitors and the management company’s experts discussed energy security for tenants.
Following the meeting, the guests had a tour of the Lipetsk SEZ to take a look at its operating and yet-to-be-built facilities. The Chinese delegation highly appreciated the customs, industrial and business infrastructure created in the Lipetsk SEZ for the benefit of investors.
