At least six new plants will be built this year in the Lipetsk SEZ, said its General Director Ivan Koshelev. All of them belong to the world’s leading companies. Ivan Koshelev, General Director of the Lipetsk SEZ: “Chance Enterprise, an Italian-Russian company, will be the first to open at the SEZ site in Yelets. The opening ceremony of Fondital will be held at the site near Gryazi. Digital Technologies will be another plant to start production in the special economic zone. In January, we will see the opening of Honeywell, one of the Top 100 corporations globally. However, it will be only the first line, with the second and third to be built and commission later. KWS is another company that joined us. We are now working with two other global leaders and world-class companies which, I believe, will be our tenants in Yelets by the end of the year’s first quarter. In other words, we are certain about the future of the Yelets site.”
