Specialists of the Investment Development Agency of the Lipetsk region and the regional information and technical center are creating a specialized resource for potential investors. With the help of investment map it will be possible to choose a site for business development.
The map will indicate the presence of minerals and engineering infrastructure to connect to the networks, existing tariffs and measures to support entrepreneurship.
The register of investment sites contains data about the location of the object, its condition, area, land category, recommendations on what kind of business is suitable for a particular building or site.
"Having an investment map is an important component of the new investment standards. Both the map and the register will allow to preserve or rehabilitate those areas, facilities, which have not yet found their application," said the director of the Investment Development Agency of the Lipetsk region Alexander Bazaev.
