Specialists of the Investment Development Agency of Lipetsk region hold working meetings with heads of districts of the region in order to discuss the investment opportunities of municipalities. Each district has its own specifics: for the development of tourism, agriculture and industry. The task of the Agency is to help the municipalities to become even more investment-attractive.
Working meetings have already been held in Terbunsky, Eletsky, Lipetsky, Dobrinsky, Dobrovsky and Chaplyginsky raions. The heads of each of them have their own business plans for promoting territories and developing land and facilities.
For example, in the Dobrinsky village of Pavlovka the building of a former boarding school of about 3.5 thousand square meters is free for potential investors. The facility has been recently repaired and is in good condition.
Anatoly Popov, head of the Dobrovsky district, intends to develop ecotourism and fish farming, and all resources are available for this. The residents of Terbun are in favor of increasing the visibility of the municipality. It is far from the regional center, but is connected with the regional roads to Voronezh, Tula, Kursk, Orel regions, and has access to the federal highway M4 "Don". The Southeastern Railway runs here and the industrial investment site "Terbuny" is successfully operating.
The employees of the Investment Development Agency in Elets offered to find partners for business development on unoccupied land plots.
" Our plan is to build an open relationship between the Agency, municipalities and potential investors in order to work out more quickly all the areas that may be of interest to business and profitable for the region. Facilities and land plots will be marked on the investment map and included in a special register, so that investors could freely find the necessary information and effectively implement one or another project," said Alexander Bazaev, Director of the Investment Development Agency.
