A SEZ resident company "PRESTORUS" increased production by 16% without incurring any financial expenses. The company has been working to reduce costs and increase labor productivity for six months. Thus, PRESTORUS took part in the national project "Labor Productivity, guided by
a working group of experts from the Regional Competence Center (RCC) and heads of production departments of the enterprise.
The main directions of the flow optimization were reduction of the equipment changeover time, reduction of unnecessary movements of the employees and products, as well as modification in the approach to work planning.
For information: LLC "PRESTORUS" obtained the status of a SEZ "Lipetsk" resident in 2014. In 2017, the company's plant started operating. A year later, the company entered foreign markets and now supplies its products to 34 countries, used in road construction, hydraulic engineering, mining and agriculture. The company conducts scientific, research and design work, actively participates in international exhibitions and conferences, and is the largest supplier to Gazprom facilities.
The national project "Labor Productivity" is approved in accordance with the May Decree of the Russian President Vladimir Putin in 2018 and is designed to create conditions for an annual increase in labor productivity in the country by 5% due 2024.
