The signing of a memorandum of cooperation between the head of the administration of the Lipetsk region Igor Artamonov and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC "August" took place in the administration of the region. "We have many different production facilities in the region, but there was no logistics complex yet. It is very pleasant that the largest Russian company chose the Lipetsk region. I think that this object will become a reference point for other investors specializing in warehouse real estate. I hope that our cooperation will be fruitful and will lead to the implementation of new projects, " Igor Artamonov commented. The complex with a capacity of more than 20,000 pallets on the territory of the Elets site of the SEZ PPT "Lipetsk" will serve as a distribution and sorting center for plant protection products for enterprises of the agro-industrial complex, farms of both the Lipetsk region and neighboring regions. The total cost of the project to create the complex exceeds 500 million rubles.
