At the joint meeting of the Expert Council on the development of industrial infrastructure and the Expert Council on the development of electronic and radioelectronic industry of the State Duma Committee on Industry and Trade discussed the prospects for the development of new industries.
The head of the Committee, Vladimir Gutenev, noted that the effective development of technoparks infrastructure requires state support, and the development measures should involve all participants in the process.
Industrial technoparks can become an effective tool for the formation of new high-tech jobs and modernization of outdated infrastructure. This will make it possible to promptly solve the problems that manufacturers face, including import substitution in the field of electronics.
To implement the outlined plans the RF Government developed a draft decree "On approval of rules for provision and distribution of subsidies from the federal budget to the budgets of the RF subjects for state support, creation and development of technology parks".
The voiced proposals were accepted for further development. Each of them will be subjectively considered and discussed in the process of forming balanced decisions for productive implementation and scaling of the project.
