On 17 January 2019, a delegation of Macedonian businessmen visited the Lipetsk SEZ. The visit was part of the knowledge exchange between Macedonian and Russian businessmen and scientists.
Ivan Koshelev, General Director of the Lipetsk SEZ, told the guests about the investment potential and rapid development of the SEZ. Currently, the Lipetsk SEZ hosts 65 companies, with 13 of them becoming tenants last year. This is the first time the Lipetsk SEZ Management Company achieves such an impressive result, which proves its work to be efficient.
The delegates took a tour round the site, visited new facilities and viewed well-developed infrastructure. Macedonian scientists praised the new grid control center fitted with the latest equipment to enable monitoring utility systems around the clock, remote control of infrastructural units and processing of applications for maintenance and connection to the grid.
At the end of the visit, the Management Company provided the delegates with presentation materials to be demonstrated in their native countries.
