LLC “UNIONSPED” intents to implement a 200 million rubles investment project for the production of timber, joinery and pellets on a 5 hectares land plot and 2,000 sq. m. The first stage commissioning is scheduled for the January 2022, the second stage – by the end of 2023.

PLC “ROSSETI” has begun the main stage of complex reconstruction of the 220 kV double circuit line “Lipetskaya – Kazinka” with a length of more than 19 km. All construction steelwork and equipment – supports, foundations, wires, lightning protection cable – will be replaced. The cost of work exceeds 710 million rubles and will be completed in 2021. The aim of the project is to provide additional 239 MW of capacity to tenants.

The scope of investment in the logistics center project on the Yelets site exceeds 500 million rubles.

As the “Viessmann Lipetsk” company recently reported, in 2021 it is planned to produce at least 30 units of equipment in SEZ Lipetsk. All specialists who will be engaged in the assembly of boilers – production manager, welding engineers, metalworkers and quality department employees – have already received comprehensive training and necessary theoretical and practical knowledge at the company’s production sites in Germany in order to ensure the world-famous quality of Viessmann boilers in Russia.

The investment forum gathered representatives of the regional administration departments, the CEO of the SEZ Lipetsk and residents implementing projects onsite the Yelets municipal district, heads of companies and representatives of small businesses. The meeting was devoted to summing up the results of 2020 and to presentation of the investment projects to be launched in 2021.

Today, at a joint online meeting between representatives of Kazakhstan industrial sites, the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia and the heads of special economic zones, the General Director of SEZ "Lipetsk" spoke about the principles of interaction with investors.

LLC “UNIONSPED” signed an agreement with the administration of the Lipetsk region. The company is implementing an investment project for the production of timber, joinery and pellets. On a 5 hectares land plot in two stages there will be implemented a plant construction with a total area of 2,000 sq. m.

After a year-lasting negotiations in 2020 the “Logistics Service Center” company, specialized in A-class storage facilities, initiates an investment project on a 6 hectares land plot in two stages: the first one – on 8,000 sq. m. for plant protection agents and seeds is to be completed within March, 2022, considering further extension to 23,000 sq. m. The overall output - is up to 12,000 pallets.

Leading by a significant margine, Lipetsk region is again in the first place in the rating of the business-magazine "Invest-Foresight" in December 2020. In December the business-magazine digest included 28 publications from the region.

On behalf of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, Maxim Reshetnikov congratulated the staff of the SEZ Lipetsk and personally the General Director Dmitry Dudarev on the second place in the IV National Rating of Investment Attractiveness of Special Economic Zones of Russia in 2020.
